Our services involve professional consultancy, application preparation, and immigration guidance. As these are non-tangible, time-based services, they are not eligible for return once delivered or initiated.
Non-Refundable Fees: All consultancy and processing fees paid to FSHS TRIUNE are non-refundable once the service process has begun. This includes but is not limited to document reviews, consultations, application drafting, and case submissions.
Client Withdrawal: If a client voluntarily discontinues the process after initiating services, no refund will be issued for the portion of work already completed.
Visa Refusals: Fees paid are for advisory and preparation services only. We do not guarantee approval of any visa application, and no refund will be issued in the event of a refusal by immigration authorities.
Exceptional Cases: Refunds may be considered in rare circumstances before service initiation, subject to administrative review and approval. Any approved refund will be processed minus applicable administrative charges.
FSHS TRIUNE is not responsible for any fees paid to third-party institutions (e.g., government fees, courier charges, translation services). Such charges are not included in our refund policy.
If you wish to cancel a scheduled consultation or service, you must notify us in writing at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
FSHS TRIUNE reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official communication channels.
